District Kohistan is situated in the extreme North of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and share borders with Gilgit Baltistan/ Northern Areas. Mansehra
District in the East Batagram in South Shangla District in the South
West. River Indus flows to the heart of the District, bifurcate it into two Distinct

Before amalgamation of Swat State whereas Hazara Kohistan was called as
